HOW WE WORK
We approach projects two different ways:
1. Solving a specific marketing need:

In this approach, we address a specific project or business need your company has, as determined by your team. For example, an assignment to concept and/or produce a full cross-channel campaign, or, say, a specific part of a larger campaign—such as a digital experience, or a live experiential event, or a specific activation, or a piece of content. We’re great at collaborating with other agencies and in-house teams, and understand the importance of telling a seamless brand story across all channels (in fact, our Founder and CCO recently won the Grand Clio Award for “Best Cross-Channel Integrated Branding”).

Cost: Fixed project fee based on Scope of Work

2. Identifying unseen business-driving opportunities:
​
For a set fee we will take a holistic and solution-agnostic view of your company (even beyond marketing), looking for tangible, actionable opportunities to drive your business. We start with digging into your business objectives, audience, hopes and dreams, and challenges (the things that keep you awake at night), and then we deliver ideas that can take any form or channel (the ideas will address anything we identify as a strong opportunity to drive your business, which could be marketing, operations, product development, employee retention, etc).

Cost: Fixed fee (covers our research, insight, creative strategy, ideation, and presentation of potential executions of the ideas within the cultural context).

HOW WE GET PAID
​
We believe in generosity and over-delivering. We do not nickel-and-dime clients. At the end of a project, we want clients to feel like they received the bargain of the century. Our fixed project fees make it easier for our clients to manage their budgets. We will determine a set fixed fee based on Scope of Work. If that Scope of Work happens to expand a little during the process, no big deal. It happens. Like we said, generosity and overdelivering.
